What’s Done is Dunn: Vol. 3, Issue 2 Senior Edition

Hey Islander Fans,

As you all know Wednesday's game against UTA was the last game Myeisha Myles and Zoe Vega-Vega played on Stripes Court. Our beloved seniors will be greatly missed on the court in the upcoming seasons. Below is an interview between Mye, Zoe, and I recapping on their experiences here as an Islander basketball player. There is also a video of Mye and Zoe, who are the closest on the team, together just reminiscing about their time together at the Island University. Thank you all for the support that you have given us this past season, it's been a bumpy ride, and you have been there the whole step of the way!

To The Seniors: It's disappointing to see you graduating and leaving us to venture out in the world. I've known Mye for about four years and Zoe for three and to see you two mature and become leaders just amazes me! I still have pictures of me and Mye from my recruiting visit my senior year in high school lol we went through a GREAT season, a BAD season, and a ROUGH season together but it just goes along with the territory. Zoe was my HOMIE until Mye came into the picture lol ;) but she's always made me laugh and has been just a cool person to be around. She's super goofy and outgoing too so that will definitely be missed next year. Congratulations to both of you for making through college alive and well (even with a few broken knees and bunions lol). I wish you all the best of luck in the future and much success on whatever it is that you want to do in life! From the team: We Love You!
