Men’s Tennis Hosts Nevada in Home Opener on Thursday Morning

The Texas A&M – Corpus Christi Men's Tennis team will open its 2013 home schedule on Thursday morning, taking on the Nevada Wolf Pack in an 11 a.m. match at the Thomas J. Henry Tennis Center.

The Islanders (1-3) will be hosting a Nevada (3-3) team that is coming off of a close 5-2 loss against the Pac 12's Oregon. Texas A&M – Corpus Christi got on the board with its first win of the year last week in a convincing win over Prairie View A&M on the road.

Peter Nagy will lead the home team at No. 1 singles, with co-captains Andrew Maingot and Matt Westmoreland anchoring the No. 1 doubles position.

Victor Ouvrard and Moez Echargui play the top two singles positions for the Wolf Pack, with Ouvrard sporting a 3-2 mark at No. 1 singles.
