Men's Tennis looking to avenge last Southland loss on Monday afternoon

The Texas A&M - Corpus Christi men's tennis team will be looking to avenge its last Southland Conference loss on Monday when they take on the Texas - Pan American Broncs. Match time is set for 1 p.m. at the Corpus Christi Country Club.

The Islanders come into the match with an 11-9 overall record and are 3-0 in the Southland Conference. They are also 23-1 in their last 24 league matches with the only loss coming against the Broncs last season. UTPA is 1-8 overall with a 1-1 record in conference matches.

Texas A&M - Corpus Christi has won two-straight matches with both coming against Southland Conference competition. UTPA has lost six in-a-row after beating Nicholls.

Admission is free to the match and all fans are encouraged to come out and support the Islanders as they try to stay undefeated in the Southland Conference.
