Holland is the first Islander in school history to earn Louisville Slugger All-America honors and joins Humberto Aguilar (Third Team, 2003) as the only players in Islanders lore to earn All-America distinction from any organization.

Combined with three signees from last fall and the eligibility of Sean Hoelscher and Justin Meza, 19 new players will don the Islander blue in 2010-11.
