2007 Outdoor Track: Had the fastest time of any TAMUCC runner in the 1,500-meter (3:56.23), 3,000-meter (8:34.87), 5,000-meter (14:40.35) and 10,000-meter runs (32:27.97) other than Shadrack Songok...won the 5,000 at the Rice Bayou Classic (3/30) with a season-best time of 14:40.35 and later placed sixth at the SLC meet...second in the 5,000 at the Border Olympics (3/3)...was fifth in the 1,500 at the Rice Twilight (4/26) and Texas Relay (4/4) meets, while placing in the top four in the 3,000 at the Texas Relays and Texas State Open (3/9)...sixth in the 10,000 at the SLC meet in 32:27.97.

2005 Cross Country: Top Islander in the final two races and second in the three other races he competed in...second overall at the Independent Championship (10/29) in 25:08 to earn all-Independent honors for the second straight year...named all-region with a 22nd-place finish at the South Central Region meet (11/14) with a time of 32:19.70.
2005 Indoor Track: Had the top time indoors in the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs...ninth out of 46 runners in the 3,000 at the RunSport All-Comers Meet in 8:59.31...fourth in the 5,000 in 15:36.27 at the same meet.
2005 Outdoor Track: Second-fastest Islander in the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter runs...clocked a time of 14:52.80 in the 5,000 at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/15) broke his own mark in the 10,000 (32:01.72) to place eighth at the Texas Relays (4/6).
2004 Cross Country: Led the Islanders in all five meets he ran...had the best-ever finish for an Islander at the Texas A&M Invite claiming second in 26:00...earned all-Independent honors with an eighth-place finish in a time of 26:10...was 42nd at the NCAA South Central Regional with a mark of 31:53...fifth at the Islander Splash (26.37).
2004 Indoor Track: Recorded the school record in the 5,000 with a mark of 15:18.67 at the Houston Invitational (2/7) claiming second...posted team’s third-fastest time (15:42.36) in the event at the Leonard Hilton Memorial (12/23)...third in the 3,000 at the UH RunSport in 9:01.63
2004 Outdoor Track: Set the school mark in 10,000 at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/16) with in 31:53.45...had the team’s top time in the 5,000 (15:26.55) at the College Station Relays (3/20) placing third.
In High School: Came to TAMUCC after a stellar career at Columbus High School for coach Andy Jacobs...was selected the Columbus HS Athlete of the Year after setting records in the 3,200 (9:40) and 5k (15.57)...twice named All-State and Tri-County Runner of the Year...led the track team to five district titles, and the cross country team to two...each earned a pair of regional titles.
