The current on-campus home of the Islander baseball and softball programs, Chapman Field continues to be improved with the opening of the press box this past season the serves both fields. New dugouts are also in the works. The Islanders will eventually play at home as recently acquired land at Nile Drive and Ennis Joslin Rd. including South Guth Park. An archtitect's rendering is shown below.

Men's & Women's Basketball

American Bank Center

After beginning their programs by in Memorial Coliseum, the men's and women's programs moved into the American Bank Center for the 2004-05 season abd hace called it home since. It seats over 8,000 for hoops.The largest crowd for an Islander game came during the 2004-05 season when Oklahoma State visited in a non-conference men's game with 8,431 in attendance. Also, that same year the women's program hosted Fresno State in a Women's NIT game.

Volleyball

 

Dugan Wellness Center 

The Dr. Jack and Susie Dugan Wellness Center is the new home for the Islander volleyball team and will host select . It has two NCAA regualtion basketball courts and a 9,000-square foot strength and conditioning facility along with office space for the athletic department. The second phase of the building includes additional gym space and locker rooms. 

Moody Sustainer Field House

The Moody Sustainer Field House is the former for Islander volleyball which moved into the Dr. Jack and Susie Dugan Wellness Center this year. The current field house will remain as a practice facility for the basketball and volleyball teams and houses the athletic training room.

Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Expansion Project

The future of Islander athletics came in a gift of 137 acres from the City of Corpus Christi surrounding the intersection of Nile Dr. and Ennis Joslin Rd. The land will serve multiple uses including housing, parking, a physical plant and a convention center. It will serve as the new home for the Islander baseball. softball, track and tennis programs as the land is developed.
