Islanders Basketball
 Please complete the following if you wish to payroll deduct your Men’s or Women’s Basketball Season tickets:

               # of Men's Basketball Courtside Season Tickets (at the rate of $159.00 ea.)

                           (We will deduct $17.66 per ticket each month for 9 months)

               # of Men's Basketball Island Season Tickets* (at the rate of $69.00 ea.)

Islanders Flex Plan
Receive a punch card that allows you 40 entrances into Islander Volleyball matches, Baseball & Softball games. Use one ticket for 40 events, bring a group of 40 to one event, or any combination in between.

   I  authorize Texas A&M—Corpus Christi to collect payment for my Islander Athletic tickets.I understand my first payment will be deducted from my November 1, 2012 payroll check.
